When everyone gets hungry, send the kids inside to enjoy one of the 5 SMART TV'S - YouTube TV streaming included! Enjoy a drink while grilling dinner on the propane grill. Dine outside at the large outdoor table or on the main level covered deck, both overlooking the lake. Finish up by roasting marshmallows by the firepit and take in the beauty of the lake in the evening. Need some family/friend competition? Enjoy the ping pong table on the lower level or head outside and grab the corn hole boards!

Hideaway Hills is a wonderful house. So clean, great location and really well equipped. Everything labeled in kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, cooking supplies, etc. while the weather didn’t cooperate the house has everything to enjoy the outdoors, great fire pit, beautiful dock and eating areas. This is our fourth time renting a house on Lake Norman, and this has been our favorite so far! It was beautiful, clean, and welcoming! Needed a place for our whole family to stay while in town for a wedding and this house was perfect! It’s beautifully decorated, very clean, and well stocked with anything you’d need in the kitchen as well as baby gear (pack n play, baby gate, baby dishes, booster seat). The board games, video games, air hockey table, and fire pit provided lots of entertainment options. The view of the lake is so beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This is our 6th year staying at Lake Norman (different house each year). This house was perfect! Super clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities (and we cook every day/night). Perfect size for our entire family. The backyard with all the seating was perfect for lazy mornings, filled with lots of coffee and conversations. Even had room for yard games. The dock was perfect for those that wanted to relax by the water without getting in. The location of the house/dock was good. A little more traffic than we have experienced before but we were close to a marina (can see from the dock). It was still nice and quiet. The only “issue” we encountered was the temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs (a lot cooler downstairs). We had a slight mishap happen in one of the bathrooms which was taken care of very quickly. Great to work with and very easy!! It didn’t cause us to miss anything. We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Plenty of space for our party of 9. Very fast Wi-Fi, lake front area was excellent and we were able to rent a boat from the marina about 200 yards from us across the lake. Very quiet, not too much boat traffic. My stay this weekend was fantastic, from the moment we pulled up to the house . The house was exactly like the pictures but so much better , you have to stay here to believe it, everything was set up so nice and clean , its a must that i definitely will be back . Drew was nice and answered all my questions in a timely manner!! I loved everything about this house from the kitchen space , so many eating areas to choose to eat at , the fire pit and chairs was i go to the whole weekend at night , thanks again for allowing myself husband and family/ friends to stay here this weekend past for my Anniversary!! My family and I (11 people) stayed at this listing Dec 15th - 18th, 2022. The house was as pictured in the photos and was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and there were thorough instructions in the entryway, on a screen. We were all impressed with how well stocked the house was with items needed, especially in the kitchen. It is the most well stocked airbnb that I've ever visited. The beds were comfortable and we simply enjoyed our stay. We will keep this listing in mind, if we ever need one back in the area. Con: The only con we found was that the basement/lower level was drastically cooler than upstairs, which we expected to some extent. However, it would have been nice to have had a separate unit/thermostat for downstairs to make it a little more comfortable. Again, this was in December. So, I'd just say be sure to bring warm clothing to lounge around in downstairs. This con did not at all deter us from giving this place five stars. [AirBnB Guest]
