Brand new seasonally heated pool and year-round spa is complete and we are welcoming our first guests for the summer 2026 season!
Ready to accommodate groups up to 14 guests, the house is packed with amenities including a theatre room on the lower level, foosball, ping pong table, SMART TVs, kayaks, pin ball machine, arcade, private dock and corn hole boards - something for all member of your friends or family to enjoy!
On the main level of the home, you ll find the primary living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom and oversized guest room - both with Kings. As you head upstairs, you ll find both a guest and bunk room along with a full bathroom.....and then on the lower level we have a 2nd kitchen with easy flow to the outdoor pool patio area along with the theatre room and game room area with foos ball and ping pong table.
Interested in renting a Tritoon? Contact us for additional details as our veteran owned company will deliver the boat to the dock, pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient! Seasonal minimum # of boat rental days will apply.

Property Notes:
- Included in the rate is heating of the pool to 81 degrees between April 15th to October 15th - based on sun warmth, actual temperatures may be higher than 81. Contact us if you want to heat the pool during the off-season - may not be possible due to exterior temperatures but will be considered for an additional expense.
- This property does have exterior facing cameras to protect the home during times of vacancy
- The property is on a private well and 3 bedroom septic system with the house having 5 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping options
- Lake Norman is a man made lake, water levels will vary throughout the year. Please contact us if you have any questions about your boat
