The lower level family room includes a beautiful 85" Samsung Frame TV.
.....and then the best part, the outdoor entertaining is top of the line! Step outside and enjoy the heated pool (April 1th thru end of October), hot tub, gas fire pit, cornhole boards and a outdoor kitchen area with SMART TV, ceiling heaters and retractable screens - and a ton of space to sit, relax, entertain and enjoy the amazing views! Ready to get out on the water? Head down to the private dock or take one of the kayaks or paddleboards that are provided with the property at no additional cost!

The pool is heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th - the hot tub is available and heated year round. Please contact us if you'd like to have the pool heated outside of our standard window as we will provide estimated additional expense, if we are able to accommodate.
